A quirky comedy directed by Manish Jha, The Legend of Michael Mishra is creating a buzz with the film’s stars making a round of the city to garner eyeballs.

Well-known actors Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani, Kayoze Irani, producers Kishor Arora and Shareen Mantri Kedia were at Wave Cinemas, Noida for the film’s promotions where they also interacted with fans and critics alike.

When asked about his character, Arshad Warsi who is playing the role of Michael Mishra, said “I can only define it by saying, Jinke dimaag tha kam, lekin pyaar mein tha dum,” adding, “The director has created a different world. The film has humour and lots of romance. You will see me doing all kinds of theft in the film!”

Kayoze Irani, who began his acting career with Karan Johar’s Student of The Year, is playing the role of a modern day Hanuman. When asked about working for the first time with Dad Boman, he said, “I was quite nervous on the first day but all the actors really helped me. Besides Dad being there, everybody was like a father figure.”

This latest edgy, madcap, quirky romantic comedy from Manish Jha who has earlier directed films like Maatrubhoomi and Anwar, is produced under the Eye Candy Films banner.

The film hits the screens this Friday, 5August, 2016.
